When can I access my storage unit?

All tenants have access to their storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Am I required to store long-term?

We never require our tenants to store long-term at Storplex since we offer flexible month-to-month leases.

How do I pay my monthly storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online using a credit or debit card. If you would like to sign up autopay, call (870) 444-7867 to speak with a manager.

What types of storage units do you offer?

Our facility is equipped with climate-controlled storage units available in a variety of sizes. When you store your items inside of a climate-controlled unit, you won’t have to worry about mold and mildew due to moisture and other possible damage due to intense temperatures.

What items am I not allowed to store?
